Bonita Springs, Lovers Key, Fort Myers Beach, and Naples Florida have some of the best sunset spots locals and visitors love the most.

Lovers Key State Park

One of the most peaceful sunset spots in Southwest Florida. You get wide open Gulf views, soft white sand, and usually fewer crowds than Fort Myers Beach. Great for couples, walks, shelling, or photography. Arrive a little early and walk north along the beach for quieter views.

Bowditch Point Park

At the north tip of Fort Myers Beach with views of both the Gulf and San Carlos Bay. Great if you want sunset without being directly in the busiest beach area.

Naples Pier

Even with rebuilding after hurricane damage (the Naples pier is still not open), the beach area around the pier is still one of the most iconic sunset spots in Florida.

Barefoot Beach Preserve

More natural and less crowded feeling. Amazing for sunset walks and photos.

Hidden Gem

A lot of locals in Fort Myers recommend Centennial park in Downtown Fort Myers for quieter sunset views over the river.
